Major Repairs of Tuyere Zone and Shaft Lining of Blast Furnace # 5 for “NLMK”, JPSC

On October 17, 2025, we started on the repairs to the refractory lining of Blast Furnace # 5 at “NLMK”, PJSC. As of today, shotcreting has been completed on the eighth and ninth rows of coolers and the uncooled zone of the shaft’s working layer.

This project involves installing approximately 600 tons of high-quality refractory materials from Seven Refractories company (shotcrete and self-leveling refractory concrete for injection between the furnace body and the coolers).
