June 2026 saw the first stage of the project completed, during which 108 cooling plates werepoured with concrete. The scope of work included: welding of anchors, installation of formwork,concrete placement using the vibration pouring method, and drying.

Robotic Repair of Blast Furnace Lining No. 3 for EVRAZ ZSMK, JSC

June 30, 2026 saw the completion of Blast Furnace No. 3 of EVRAZ ZSMK, JSC, repair with a robotic unit. The work was carried out in two stages: firstly, the inner surface of the furnace shaft was washed, then the refractory lining was applied in the area of the cooled zone from+20.763 to+36.674 m, with a smooth change in the thickness of the applied layer from 150 to 500 mm.

NLMK’s Air Heater № 10 Overhaul Completion.

Air heater refractory lining repair by shotcreting includes dismantling of the destroyed layer remaining bricks and a subsequent complete restoration of the combustor refractory lining.

“NLMK”, PJSC, Air Heater № 10 Repair

On December 4, we started restoration work on the refractory lining of Air Heater No. 10 combuster of Blast Furnace Shop No. 1 Blast Furnice №3, for “NLMK”, PJSC. Anchors are currently being installed, and relining is being carried out by guniting, with an estimated volume of 165 tons of material.
