On October 17, 2025, we started on the repairs to the refractory lining of Blast Furnace # 5 at “NLMK”, PJSC. As of today, shotcreting has been completed on the eighth and ninth rows of coolers and the uncooled zone of the shaft’s working layer.

Complete Overhaul Of Blast Furnice № 10 of “MMK”, PJSC, Shaft Lining
From Sept 20,2025 to Sept 30, 2025, our company completed overhaul of BF No. 10 shaft lining. The project envisaged shotcreting of the working layer of the shaft from +14.100 to +35.645, as well as injection of refractory concrete into the furnace casing.

“Severstal”, PJSC, Completion of Work on Technical Re-Equipment of Heating Furnace № 3
On Sept 5, 2025, at 21:00, the ignition of heating furnace № 3 LPC-2 of “Severstal”, PJSC, took place. Drying and heating is to be carried out according to the previously approved schedule designed for 12 days. As for now, the temperature in the furnace is 350 ° C. Putting slabs into the furnace and reaching operating parameters is scheduled for September 18, 2025.
